1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phspi website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phspi, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the phspi platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering, registered account holders, and any person who accesses the platform through any device or browser. Your continued use of phspi following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

phspi reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email or on-site notification.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the phspi platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing online gaming and gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phspi, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phspi platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on phspi, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phspi. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phspi reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.

3.2 KYC Verification

phspi is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of our compliance obligations under PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certificate dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name)
• Selfie with ID as requested by our verification team

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by phspi may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. phspi will not be liable for any losses arising from delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of phspi is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false identity documents, or a false address — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phspi account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

• phspi will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phspi that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify phspi immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorized by you unless you have notified phspi of unauthorized access prior to such activity.
• phspi recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any additional security features made available on the platform.

phspi will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

5 Deposits & Payments

phspi accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phspi account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take longer to process depending on the bank's clearing times. phspi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on phspi are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, conversion fees may apply and will be borne by you.

5.3 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. phspi reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to verification requirements. GCash withdrawals are generally processed within the hour during business hours.
• phspi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there are AML concerns.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for details.

phspi will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or incomplete KYC documentation submitted by the player.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

phspi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phspi reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the offer. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without notice.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each offer's specific terms.
• phspi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate phspi's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phspi reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings and close the accounts of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on the phspi platform are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

• The outcome of all games on phspi is determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer. phspi does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, phspi reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed. phspi will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. phspi reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.
• All bets are final once confirmed. phspi will not reverse or cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of technical error.
• phspi reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that phspi reasonably believes constitute fraud or manipulation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phspi platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on phspi
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using phspi for money laundering purposes
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phspi staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the phspi platform or its software
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location

10 Responsible Gaming

phspi is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

10.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phspi players directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phspi account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a given time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the phspi platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and your net gaming activity during the session.

10.2 Age Restriction

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the phspi platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of phspi or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phspi platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the phspi platform without prior written consent
• Modify or create derivative works based on phspi content
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform
• Frame or mirror any part of the phspi platform on any other website or platform

Any unauthorized use of phspi's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phspi, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phspi platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits
• Loss of data or account information
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond phspi's reasonable control
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results caused by technical malfunctions

phspi's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phspi account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phspi's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

phspi collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phspi platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phspi is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phspi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered users by posting a notice on the phspi platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the phspi platform after any changes to these Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the phspi platform and may request closure of your account.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

phspi operates in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the primary regulatory body for gaming activities in the Philippines. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels.

15.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and phspi arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phspi's customer support team. phspi will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised with phspi's support team, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
